Δραματικές είναι οι εικόνες που έρχονται από το Τέξας, το οποίο πλήττεται από σφοδρές καταιγίδες, λόγω του τυφώνα Χάρβεϊ, με τους κατοίκους να εγκαταλείπουν τα σπίτια τους και περιουσίες να χάνονται.
